1. Returns and Refunds:

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Customized or personalized products.
Products that are already installed at your house, including but not limited to furnace, Ac, water heater, tankless, combi, heat pump, boilers, air handlers, humidifiers, hrv, erv, hepa, dehumidifier and any other item that is being installed already by installmart or any other contractor or installer or the home owner.
Gift cards.
Any kind of repair parts.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at within 10 days of receiving the product.

Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

5. Shipping Costs:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

8. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified period, please check your bank account again.
